Email your invoices, quotations or sales orders to your clients and get paid faster using a PayPal link.
If you have a PayPal account then you can use it to create a link in Wendbooks message templates and configure it to your PayPal account. The link will appear on the email body every time you email your invoice to the client by selecting the appropriated message template. The client can click on the link, he will be re-directed to your PayPal account where he can see the invoice amount, the invoice or quotation number and he can use his credit card to pay you instantly.
How to set it up in Wendbooks
- Login into Wendbooks as Admin.
- On Administration tab click Preferences them click Message Templates and choose the template you would like to edit or create a new one.
- On the template content add the following link.
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_xclick&business=myemail@mydomain.com&amount=[Gross Amount]&item_name=Quotation/Proforma:[Reference Number]¤cy_code=EUR&bn=paywiz0105xx-bx - The items in brackets […] are Wendbooks merge fields. You can right click on the content template to add some Wendbooks merge fields that are appropriated for your case. Remember to replace the myemail@mydomain.com with your PayPal email account.

How it looks to customer screen if he clicks on the link
When the client receives your invoice with email, he can click on the link. He will be re-directed to your PayPal account and this is what your customer will see on his screen.
Important
Your customer does not require to have a PayPal account in order to pay you. He can pay with his credit card. PayPal is just a credit card processing gateway.
