What is a Support Ticket?
If you do not have a QuickBooks annual support plan, and you do not wish to get one, but you still need help, then you can purchase a Support Ticket.
How that works?
After purchasing your Support Ticket, our QuickBooks expert will contact you either by email or telephone to help you further. The support can be provided by one or more of the following means:
- Email Ticket
- Live chat
- Telephone, Skype
- Remote screen sharing (we use TeamViewer for remote screen sharing)
- The support ticket is strictly for one hour only. It cannot last more than one hour. If you have more than one incident, then please purchase additional support tickets or purchase an Annual Support Plan
- In some rare cases, the issues you report can not be resolved within one hour either because is too complex. If this is the case then you will have to purchase additional support tickets.
- Admin Password recovery request or database corruption issues are outside of the scope of this support incident and additional fees will be applied.
