What is a Support Ticket?
If you do not have a QuickBooks annual support plan, and you do not wish to get one, but you still need help, then you can purchase a Support Ticket.
How that works?
After purchasing your Support Ticket, our QuickBooks expert will contact you either by email or telephone to help you further. The support can be provided by one or more of the following means:
- Email Ticket
- Live chat
- Telephone, Skype
- Remote screen sharing (we use TeamViewer for remote screen sharing)
- The support ticket is strictly for one incident. It cannot be used for a series of incidents. If you have more than one incident, then please purchase additional support tickets or purchase an Annual Support Plan
- Support Ticket has maximum time capacity of one hour. It cannot last more than one hour.
