What is new on version 1.3.6.4

We believe that the right information at the right time is priceless; thus, we continue enhancing Wendbooks with more functionality so that the right information is easily available to the user when needed. This update is exactly about this. Ηow many times you have been wondering what was the rate you have charged the client for the last 5 or 10 times a particular item? How many times you have been wondering where to purchase this item from? Which supplier has the lowest rate? See here below how easy it is in Wendbooks.

Your feedback is always welcome and appreciated.

New – Item History on Sales Transactions.

This feature affects Quotations, Sales Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes and Cash Sales.

While working on a sales transaction, click the small chart icon next to the item code and move to the Item History tab. You will see a sales item history for the selected customer and item. Very useful if you want to see the price you have charged your client before. The system will get the information from the last 10 Invoice and Cash Sale Transactions.

New – Item History on Purchase Transaction

This feature affects Purchase Orders, Bills, Bill Credit Notes and Cash Purchases and is an improvement and expansion of the lowest rate introduced earlier this year.

While working on a purchase transaction click the small chart icon next to the item code and move to the Item History Tab. First thing that you see is a list of suppliers you have previously purchased this item from and the lowest rate ever you have received from them. If you click on the small plus (+) sign then the list is expanded and you get a purchase history of the selected item from each supplier. The system will query the last 10 bills or cash purchases from each supplier where this item is involved. Very useful when it comes to decide where to purchase this item from and force suppliers for better price.
