What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All our products are virtual (electronic download), thus, all orders are delivered via email. No shipping or delivery charges.

How long will delivery take?
  • Orders placed over the weekends or late afternoons will be delivered the next working day.
  • All orders are to be delivered via email. If you do not see email from us in your inbox after completing your purchase, then please check your Spam or Junk folder as well.  To ensure that you always receive our emails, please add the domain @multiclick.net to your safe sender list, address book or contacts.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Credit Cards via PayPal and Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer only). PayPal does not require you to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. You can pay with PayPal as a guest.

For subscription items or services we only accept PayPal. 

Why do I need PayPal account to sign up for a subscription?

Subscriptions are recurring payments. PayPal requires that subscribers have a valid PayPal account before they sign up for a subscription item.

Why can't I have 2 subscription items in my cart?

If trying to add 2 or more subscription items in your shopping cart, then you will propably end up with the following message: 

A subscription has been removed from your cart. Due to payment gateway restrictions, different subscription products can not be purchased at the same time.

This is due to Payment Gateway (currently PayPal) restriction.

An alternative is to make and complete / separately purchases (multiple check outs) for every subscription.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website Is HTTPS protected. Any payments submitted by credit card go through PayPal. Find more about PayPal security here

What exactly happens after ordering?

If a payment has been completed then your order enters the Processing stage and you will receive an email from us with your order fulfilment together with your invoice.

If your order has not been paid then your order remains on hold until a payment is completed. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice for all your orders that have been completed. If your order is marked as Processed and you have not receive any email from us then please check your Junks folder as well. To ensure that you receive all our emails, add our domain MULTICLICK.NET to your email safe recipient list.
